Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material shipping issues when information is available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Vexlyn offers free returns and refunds within 30 days, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
